Your treatment in detail
In manual therapy, we work exclusively with our hands: we feel for restrictions in joints, tense muscles and adhered fascia, and release them in a targeted way.
The advantage over equipment-based methods is immediate feedback. We feel how the tissue responds and adjust the treatment in the same moment.
After the session, you'll receive exercises to do at home. Without them, the result usually doesn't last long.
